About Scoutingrios

A packrafting project focused on exploration, education, and river travel in Chilean Patagonia.

scoutingrios

Scoutingrios is a project focused on packrafting, exploration, and river education in Chilean Patagonia, based in the town of Río Puelo, in the Cochamó Valley, and operating across different regions of Patagonia.

The project is built from hands-on river experience and the belief that packrafting is a powerful tool for exploration, learning, and conscious connection with rivers and natural environments.

Focus and Values

Scoutingrios works with an approach grounded in safety, progressive training, and respect for the river, developing courses, clinics, guided trips, and expeditions adapted to group experience levels and real river conditions.

The project aims to develop conscious practitioners, capable of reading rivers, making informed decisions, and navigating Patagonian rivers in an autonomous and responsible way.
